I knew that C.S. Lewis and I had more in common than our Christianity when he said, "You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me." Welcome to a celebration of faith, tea, and the written word. I'm always engaged in a book, and whether it's one I'm reading or one of the inspirational historical romances I write, there's always a cup of tea close by. Join me in a cup as we chat about faith, our favorite books and the exciting places our reading and writing adventures take us.

We Have a Winner!
Congratulations to Elaine K for winning Julianna Deering's Rules of Murder.
Elaine, I'll be in touch! Thanks to all who entered. And thanks to Julianna, for sharing with us and offering a giveaway!
In an effort to use my overactive imagination for God's glory, I write stories for others' encouragement and entertainment. My work won the 2013 ACFW Genesis Contest, Historical Romance Category, as well as the 2011-2012 Phoenix Rattler's Historical category.
I'm proud to be represented by Tamela Hancock Murray of the Steve Laube Agency.
Most of the books I share with you are ones I purchased myself. If I receive a book from an author or publisher for the purposes of review, however, I'll tell you.
From time to time I offer drawings for small prizes: a book, some tea, something I've found that I'd like to share. These drawings are only available to participants in the USA and Canada (sorry!) and they're void where prohibited. Thanks for understanding!
